With more than 30 years of experience negotiating complex real estate transactions, James Barras has handled all phases of corporate domestic and international leasing, site
acquisition & zoning and real estate portfolio management. At CTRR, he has served for 10 years as transaction manager overseeing complex lease and sales negotiations for the firm’s clients, often helping tenants to save millions of dollars in real estate costs.
Prior to his work at CTRR, Mr. Barras oversaw major commercial leasing and sales negotiations nationally and internationally for Chase Manhattan Bank and AT&T.
Jim had also served as Director of Facilities at a multi-use complex of three office towers, totaling 600,000 square feet. His responsibilities included leasing, tenant relations, tenant improvement construction and lease administration.
